Budget Public Hearing Notices:


City Council:

On May 11, 2017 the Perry City Council adopted a
Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Tentative Budget.

Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, public hearings to receive public comment regarding (1) Resolution 17-16 Adopting the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Perry City Tentative Budget as a Final Budget; and (2) Resolution 17-17 Adopting a Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Perry City Budget Amendment. These public hearings, starting at approximately 7:15 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. After each budget public hearing, the Tentative Budget (or Amendment) may be adopted, with or without changes, as a Final Budget (or Amendment) in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Budgets are available for public review (in link above and) in the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah. Any Individual requiring auxiliary services should contact the City Offices at least 3 days in advance (435-723-6461).

Perry City Redevelopment Agency (RDA):
On May 11, 2017 the Perry City RDA adopted a
Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Tentative Budget.

Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 17-02 Adopting the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Perry RDA Tentative Budget as a Final Budget. The public hearing, starting at approximately 6:35 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City RDA Meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. After the budget public hearing, the proposed Resolution may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the proposed Budget and Resolution are available for public review (in link above and) in the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah.
